What is proctoring?

Last updated: Jan 22, 2026 2 views

Proctoring, also known as invigilation, involves overseeing candidates during an examination or assessment.

The primary goal is to ensure that the exam process is fair and that all participants adhere to established rules, thereby preventing any form of academic dishonesty such as cheating or impersonation.

How our proctoring works:

  • Images are captured randomly throughout your session
  • Your identity is verified against your enrolment photo
  • The system monitors for multiple faces or absence from screen
  • Any flagged issues are reviewed by Radiation Training staff
