When a condition that has led to a failed proctoring result has been identified (such as a second person on screen, different person doing the module, no one in screen etc) a red box will appear around the popup window to show that an issue has been flagged for Radiation Training to review.
The red box disappears once the proctoring requirements are satisfied (but at this point the Radiation Training review has not yet taken place).
