Sometimes proctoring is flagged as not enough facial comparison points are visible on screen.
Common causes:
- If you opened your laptop and the webcam is angled more upwards, resulting in only the top of your head on screen, it will flag as a failed proctoring
- Poor lighting conditions
- Sitting too far from the camera
- Leaving your screen unattended
Tips
- Monitor your proctoring image on the top right of the screen and make sure it is centred properly
- Do not leave your screen unattended without closing the popup window as images will continue to be taken
- Ensure good lighting on your face
