We are required to confirm that the person who undertook the training and completed the assessments is the same person asking for a certificate of attainment. This is important as this certificate is submitted to a regulatory authority as part of a licence application.
What happens to my images?
We encrypt and retain the images taken by the webcam for the duration of your training and delete them once you have successfully completed the course.
Your photo ID uploaded at the end of the course is only used for verification of your identity and is not retained by Radiation Training.
If you have not passed the course and therefore have not been issued with a certificate, we will retain the images for a 14-day period in case an appeal is lodged. Images will be deleted once any appeal is resolved.
